- Yabancı uyruklu kişilerin evlendirilmesi ile ilgili işlemler, Fasıl 276 Yabancıların Evlenmesi yasa kapsamında, evlenecek şahısların şahsen başvurmaları koşuluyla Kaymakamlıklar tarafından yapılır.
- The marriage procedure of foreign residents in Famagusta is carried out by the District Office of Famagusta under the Law Chapter 276 “Marriage Law of Foreign Residents” and the Chapter 279. Interested parties must apply personally and should submit the documents mentioned below.
Necessary documents that should be submitted:
- Passport (Original and photocopy of it)
- Residence Certificate (Student, employer or temporary/permanent residency)
- Recent Certificate of Marital Status from Government Authority (i.e. Town Hall, Ministry of Interior, Registry Office, Embassy):
- The Declaration of Being Single
- If the spouse had passed away, the Death Certificate of Spouse
- In case of divorce, the Divorce Certificate.
- These documents must be recent (certified maximum 6 months ago), original, officially translated into Turkish, legalized (apostillied etc.) and stamped.
- Driving Licence (Original and photocopy of it)
- Rental contract must have stamp at Tax Office.

- Pasaport (Aslı ve fotokopisi)
- İkamet belgesinin aslı (Öğrenci, çalışan, oturma izni)
- Bekârlık belgesinin aslı ve noterden Türkçe çevirisi yapılmış
- Doğum Belgesinin aslı ve noterden Türkçe çevirisi yapılmış
- Çalışıyorsa Muhaceret Dairesinden Alınmış Çalışma İzin Belgesi, Öğrenci ise Öğrenci İzin Belgesi
- Eş ölmüş ise ölen eşin ölüm kayıt belgesi
- Boşanma varsa geçerli bir Boşanma Belgesi (Son 6 ayda alınmış, Türkçe çevirisi yapılmış ve yasal olarak onaylanmış ve mühürlenmiş olması gerekmektedir.)
- Vergi Dairesi'nden pullanmış kira sözleşmesi aslı ve fotokobisi
- Sürüş Ehliyeti aslı ve fotokobisi
